Sales Support

We are looking for a structured Sales Support on behalf of our client. The client is one of Sweden's largest fuel companies with the goal of achieving a climate-neutral value chain. You will support a sales team that works with the sale of renewable and fossil products for liquid energy and fuels to resellers. This is a consulting assignment initially lasting five months with an immediate start.

About the role

The role involves providing qualified sales support through business analysis and preparation of customer documentation, as well as supporting KAM and sales managers in their efforts to meet and exceed sales targets. It also includes coordinating larger procurements and handling ongoing administrative sales support tasks. The work also involves reviewing and streamlining routines and checklists for the role and supporting the head of Commercial Excellence in evaluating the competency profile for future recruitment.

About you

• Relevant academic degree in economics or several years of experience in sales analysis and support
• Experience working with IT systems for sales, contracts, and business follow-up
• Advanced user of MS Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and AI tools like MS Copilot.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and change management
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis
• Ability to coordinate and administer larger procurements
• Experience supporting sales managers in achieving sales targets
• Competence in streamlining routines and checklists
• Experience evaluating competency profiles for future recruitment

Work takes place on-site at the client's premises in central Stockholm with the possibility of remote work as agreed.
